Division: Industrial Testing, Quality & Process Equipment Division

Target Market and Customers: All Automotive, Electronics, DRDO Labs, ISRO Units, BEL, HAL, finding new markets, application and customers for the Environment testing chamber, Vibration testing equipments, Xray inspection, Plasma treatment, Video Measurement system, range of products and application across India.

Products: Various testing chamber, vibration testing equipments, Xray machines, from USA, Europe, UK, China in accordance with our website.

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: Relevant experience of 0 - 1 years

Job Profile:

• Market Research and to find new markets, application and technology for the business development purpose.

• Visiting foreign exhibitions to add new manufacturers liaise and build relationship with existing manufacture, explore new and sophisticated technology in the automotive domain.

• Visiting foreign principles to get knowledge of new products as per the management review.

• Increase knowledge, skill and technically on the existing product in order to convince customers to win orders.

• Technical Discussion with customer about their need and suggest best possible solution.

• Prepare budget and target for the financial year and formulate strategy and business plan to achieve the targets.

• Timely discussion with management and give overlook of the business and review targets.

• Prepare presentation on automotive market (SWOT analysis) in India and present to management and foreign Associates.

• To Submit Techno Commercial Proposal and TENDER proposals after proper cost analysis.

• To go for best suitable price negotiation to get order finalized.

• To co-ordinate with Sales & service team, foreign principle to get the machine Installed as per the customer satisfaction.

• To co-ordinate with foreign Principle for all the technical and commercial matters.

• Based on the project requirement call upon the principles and make their visit at customer places.

• To represent Boson in various promotional events, exhibitions and Conferences.

• Competitor’s analysis to give the final costing to win the order.

• Focus on existing customers to get the repeat order and take care of AMC.

• Internal and External communication of information.

• Handle and groom the existing sales & service team across all India and if required hire more sales & service person.

• Coordinating as an Exhibitor in India exhibitions.

• Have to handle and maintain profitable, sustainable business in India.

• To attend seminars organized by big institutions.
