Job Description
Hello Partners,

We have an opening with our Major client for the following skill set:

Position: Incident Analyst

Location: Navi Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate / 30 days

Type: Fulltime with Altencalsoftlabs

No. of Open Positions: 6

Experience: 3+ Yrs

Max Budget: 4.5 LPA

Only Male Candidates

Must be available for F2F interview in Mumbai

Candidate must have good Experience in Incident Analyst.

Incident Analyst (3-5 Years’ Experience)

• Record and classify received Incidents and undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible

• Log all Major Incidents, allocating categorization and prioritization codes

• Initiating the bridge immediately post logging the incident and drive till closure

• Ensure regular updates are being sent to respective stakeholders and Senior Management

• Keeping the affected Incident Initiator updated on the progress at agreed intervals

• Associate Incidents with other records (i.e. Incidents, Changes, Problems, Knowledge Articles, Known Errors, etc.)

• Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of all logged Incidents

• Verify resolution with users and resolve Incidents in ITSM tool

• Participate in Incident review call

• Escalate Incidents at risk of breaching Service Level Agreement to respective stakeholders and Senior Management.

• Owns all Incidents throughout the lifecycle

• Monitoring the volume of Incidents, Incident resolution, pending Incidents, complaints, communications and escalations.

• Detecting the potential Problems and assigning them to the Problem Management team for permanent fix/resolution.

• Create Knowledge with repeatable procedures with a goal of reducing the number of Incidents

• Documents incident events, resolution and rigorous follow-up required on agreed action items if any.

• Escalate unresolved/pending Incidents to respective stakeholders and Senior Management
