Immigration Specialist

The ideal candidate is a personable, organized, detail-oriented individual who can multi-

task in a fast-paced environment. The Immigration Specialist plays an integral part in

ensuring our Legal team provides support to employees and will report directly to the

COO. A must is a self-starter and good communicator. We are looking for someone who

Primary Responsibilities

 Keep Electronic Employee Files up to date

 Primary contact for immigration case coordination, communication with

immigration agencies and routine clerical tasks

 Communicate with employees to obtain information and provide updates on visa

filings

 Maintain the Petitioner’s Employee List at all times

 Individual emails sent to Employees regarding their visa status upon near

expiration AND copying.
 Gather LCA information and initiate the LCA filing upon confirmation from the US

office

 Initiate and control the H-1B filing process, then submit all finished letters, forms

and supporting documents to the US office for review and the US office will send

the petition out

 Assist with all I-983, H-4, H-4 EAD processing

 Visa Stamping: Share all necessary documents with the employees and provide

filled letters to the appropriate person for signature.

 All Verification Letters pertaining to H-1B’s, PERMS, employment statuses, and

misc. letters completed and emailed using digital signatures

 Weekly update of all case statuses sent on

Thursdays to prepare for Monday calls

 Weekly Immigration call on Monday mornings
