The recruiter will
• Understand the requirements assigned by the account managers
• Search for the consultants on the search engines and job portals
• Submit the consultant resumes along with information on his/her evaluation of the consultant.
• Coordinate with the consultant and the account manager for scheduling the interviews and upon selection to complete the paper work.
• Engage the consultants in communication and build relationships with them
The recruiter should be
• Hard working
• A team player
• Extrovert with penchant to communicate with people and quickly build relationships.
• Excellent in coordinating to manage the process of recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Able to withstand the high pressures of the job.
• Hungry to give results/perform and make money
The person will be working in the night shifts. He/She will be provided with the necessary desktop computers and the required software. They will be trained on the internal processes and the software being used to facilitate the process.
The recruiter will be reporting to the local manager while working closely with the account managers who will assign the requirements.
