Oracle Life Science Hub (Oracle LSH) Support Lead / Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience in architecting, supporting and delivering LSH based projects for Pharma companies.
Will act as a Single Point of Contact between the client and other stakeholders during all phases of the Development and Support.
Will be responsible for handling client discussions and managing expectations of business users and IT users.
Activities will include supporting the LSH environment, meeting SLAs for the support tickets, requirement gathering, project planning, analysis, and solution design, technical design and project management.
Leads project team members. Helps junior team members understand the support tickets raised, business requirements and drives the team for successful deliverables.
Ready to do Hands-on development and handle critical issues.
Perform Code reviews.
Experience and skillsets:- Must Have:
5+ years of Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) experience
6+ years of Pl/SQL.
End to end LSH implementation experience.
Hands on experience in LSH Adapter and LSH Integrations development.
Good understanding of complete LSH Security Configuration.
Good understanding of LSH architecture.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
