Preparation and analysis of overall cost information pertaining to operations Prepare cost reports at various levels: process, functional and department levels Prepare rate card for consultant Department wise Profitability Report on a monthly basis & Presentations for Department meetings. Timely cost and management analysis reports to management every month Play a pivotal role in controlling and reducing cost at various levels Cost Audit liaison with Cost Auditor and issuance of Report as per Statutory requirement before due date. Coordinate with EDP team for various requirements from HIS, Yasasii etc Any other assignments as and when required by Management.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
