    Key Result Area:
    • To develop Technology Solutions for System & Storage Architecture which includes Hardware , Operating system & Application sizing & designing
    • To initiate and develop a business model for New Service Offering from self initiated strategies & planning.
    • To Handled Cases Independently for Successful Closure
    • Design System Architecture prepare BOM on derived solution
    • Customer Interaction to understand need, explain solutions prepared
    • Accomplish with Sales team for business development
    • To achieve Business Objective of Development of Technology Business and Revenue Generation for above line of business
    • To provide Pre-Sales Support to Sales Team and be a enabler for Technology Solution Selling for above line of business
    • To provide Post-Sales Support to Support Team and guide them for deployment of Technology Solution.
Desired Candidate Profile
    Job Responsibilities
    • To initiate and develop a business model for New Technology Solutions from self initiated strategies & planning.
    • Responsible to handled Pre Sales Cases (IT Infrastructure across technology vertical) independently for successful closure
    • To identify and develop Product portfolio on above Technology solutions.
    • Quality Check and Continuous improvement in Solution Offerings
    • To develop and strategies Market Approach for Technology Solutions.
    • Technical Presentation and Positioning solution with Customers
    • Solution Design BOQ formation and Proposal making
    • Document offering and prepare sales material i.e. effective presentations, offering templates etc.
    • Help Sales team to prepare documentary
    • Preparing offer and supporting i.e. BOM, price, Scope Of work,
    • Be with sales person during customer interaction, presentation to make sales more effective
    • Tender document preparation, submission and closure
    • To provide Technical Support to Field Engineers on deployment of the solution / troubleshooting of problems
    • To develop Training Modules and work out training calendar for Sales and Support Team and to Conduct Training for them.

    Technical Skill Set:
    • Should have work experience on High/MID range Servers, Workstation , Storage & Desktops
    • Should be capable enough to handled Pre Sales System / Service tasks independently
    • Posses good knowledge on different Computing Product line (Server & Storage) i.e. HP/IBM/Dell/Sun/EMC
    • Should be able to design solutions for Server & Storage
    • Should be able to prepare customized service offering & proposals for customer
    • Should have capability to design System Architecture Server & Storage sizing, Licensing etc.
    • Should have work experience on Server consolidation ,Virtualization, Active Directory Domain Controllers, Back up , Security, Email Application
    • Should have good communication and present ability skills
