Key Job Description/Responsibilities

• Technical Aptitude to troubleshoot computer, laptops, Outlook and printers

• Would be responsible to provide support to Deloitte US Employees with questions related to Outlook, Printers, Laptops, PDA and Deloitte Approved S/W's.

• Willing to work on Rotational Shifts and cab will not be provided

• L1 Technical support

• Basic NW skills

• Basic OS troubleshooting, Knowledge on How computer runs ?

• Outlook Configuration

• Skype - Connection, troubleshooting

• Webmail configuration
