Profile Details

Job Profile
• Perform internet based research of target segments to build/update and maintain a
database of prospective clients and key decision makers.
• Make introductory cold calls and follow up calls to prospective clients to initiate
discussions and start the sales process.
• Set-up conference calls with senior business development team members and fix up sales
meetings.
• Follow-up via emails and phone calls with prospects.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline through a mix of email and tele-sales activities.
• Create, maintain and update client prospective data in a CRM software.
• Meet and exceed targets for generating qualified leads on a regular basis.


Candidate Profile

• Should have worked in an outbound tele-calling setup for domestic and international
clients or have experience in IT/ITES tele-sales and email marketing environment.
• Experience of selling eLearning services and Learning Management Systems in the
domestic and international markets.
• Experience with selling IT software, Cloud-based software, Software Subscriptions etc in
• the domestic or international products will also be considered.
• Must be driven, innovative with an attention to detail.
• Should have the nerves for cold calling and perseverance that is required for it.
• Should have the ability to understand client needs and present solutions.
• Should be comfortable identifying key decision makers and building relationships.
• Must be able to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals consistently.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Must be open to work in shifts (part US time 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM India time) and or UK.
