Job Description
Primary Skills/Responsibilities:-

• Subject Matter expert on VMware AirWatch and/or Microsoft Intune Mobility (MDM) solutions

• Experience in managing Airwatch/Microsoft application proxy servers

• Perform MDM platform functionality testing, user acceptance testing & technical documentation

• Perform MDM application upgrades and server security patching on regular basis

• Experience in ITIL / ISO 20k processes. Responsible for supporting service requests, Incidents, root cause analysis and strong working knowledge & experience of change management process

• Experience in supporting more than 30k mobile devices in Global customer environments

• Good experience in escalation & operational management of various Mobile devices OEMs, vendors and suppliers

• Good knowledge on iOS and Android Mobile operating systems and its features/functionality

• Work closely with OEMs and vendors to identify & report bugs in product and get bug fixes

• Work closely with MDM Service & Solution owners and also with SME/architects to integrate with other technology solutions

• Ability to communicate to global stakeholders and across international and distributed teams and act as role model to the support teams for delivering world class user experience and for taking end-to-end ownership of service quality

• Excellent communication skills (English Language)

Secondary Skills/Responsibilities:-

• Design, draft and implement changes to Airwatch/Intune documentation & SOPs

• Provide service reporting to Vodafone management and Local markets support contacts

• Compliance with all prevailing processes and SLAs in Vodafone Group and Vodafone Shared Services

• Maintain MDM service SLAs and KPIs

• SPOC for Major incidents management in Mobility service

• Support Business Continuity Management in Mobility service

• Contribute to Continual service improvement measures

• Good presentation skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs
