Report on time Travel from Company location to customer location for transactions Introduce and explain Company policies and process to customer, answer any questions or concerns from the customer Complete the KYC process as per NBFC and company requirements Handle gold ornaments carefully Appraise the gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and salt water Pack the ornaments in secure storage pouches Communicate the eligible loan amount to customer Execute the pledge card/loan agreement with customer Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred Return to Company location and handover the secure storage pouches and loan documents for storage

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
