Dear candidate, Greeting From Crown Solutions!! JD: FSCM Functional consultant will work majorly on development of RICEFW objects within FSCM. As such he is required to have good knowledge in the following areas of FSCM:
1. Hands on experience in Credit Management using FSCM processes in the US, Mexico. Europe and Asia.
2. Based on requirements submitted by the business, develop detailed functional specifications for RICEFW objects
3. Integration with third party service providers for developing interfaces with customers and third parties
4. Sound knowledge in Settings for Collections Management, collection rules, Dispute Management and AR Integration
5. Sound knowledge in Credit Management, Credit Exposure, Credit Limit and credit risk monitoring and integration with AR and SD.
6. Dispute Management and Web Interface for Dispute Case Processing.
Demonstrated proficiency in the Credit Management FSCM area with at least 6 years SAP experience
hands on experience in identifying and working through FSCM User Exits and directing ABAP developers.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple issues at once.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Leadership in development, implement and support of global initiatives at various time zones.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
