# Conduct daily morning huddles to discuss daily plan and agenda for employees Track inflow and outflow of reports like account closures, account opening, Fixed Deposit.
# Maintain customer relationship through sourcing and on-boarding process Monitor Daily Sales report on a regular basis Manage and track the leads of different product across the branch banking for the branch.
# Ensure all components of the branch sales model function as per design.
# Support other business groups.
# Plan Marketing activities for better visibility and business growth of the branch
