-The Recruiter will be responsible for candidate pipeline development, both active and passive. -The role closing 3-4 open job requirements a month, including direct sourcing, initial screening and scheduling candidates according to job specifications.
- Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and ATS - Screen and pre-qualify candidates - Integrate diversity sourcing strategies into candidate development strategies - Collaborate with account manager / director to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
