Dear Candidate,

We are currently hiring for Domestic Voice Process.

Minimum eligibility criteria to apply to this position:

o Age: 20 to 35 years of age

o Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits

o one way Cab provided in the night

Any graduate/ Post Graduate/ undergraduates

Hiring for only Experienced ( any experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

o Answers incoming customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

o Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam.
o Polite and customer service oriented

o Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries

o Typing Skills: 20 wpm with 90 % accuracy

SALARY:

15k Take home CTC 18k

Shift Timing

Post Training Fixed day shift for females

Rotational shift for Males
