Job Description

Role/Job Title: Chat Process Associate

Provide Customer Service to customers through the Web-Chat channel / Email

Key Responsibilities:

To provide exceptional customer service and to ensure customer satisfaction Meet targets like Quality, CSAT, AHT, attendance & Adherence.

Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.

Should be able to manage concurrent chat session and multitask Provide quick ,correct and accurate responses to employer queries (B2B)

Person Specification

Should be customer centric and be focused on delivering excellence
Possess effective problem solving skills and have the ability to deliver timely resolution.

Should be open to working in night shifts & on weekends.


Graduate with 1 -5 yrs of relevant work experience

Experience of working in a customer Service Chat/Email/Voice process for at least 1-2 years Customer service experience


Ability to read/write grammatically correct English with the customer.

Good spoken and excellent written communication skills
The ability to be polite and courteous and helpful at all times

The ability to interpret the customers query and requirements

Should display skills to be able to deescalate an irate customer
Ability to work in a target oriented environment

Good team player

Ability to Multitask

Work Location :Kolkata Only

Salary: from 2.5 Upto 4.5 LPA
