*Job Description:* The concerned Company has a fleet of part time delivery that is managed by team leaders. The team leaders reports to the Operations Managers and ensure that the delivery operations are run smoothly. We set a high bar for customer satisfaction and hence the delivery team needs to meet them consistently. *Further details:-* * The shift timing would be from *4am to 2 pm* and Night 12 Am to 10 AM * Manage the team on the field- delivery boys * Ability to hire and manage a team of delivery boys * Liaison with other team leaders, hub manager and customer care * Meeting our high standards for customer satisfaction * Training and management of delivery executives and coordinators Cash handling/reconciliation on a daily basis
Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
