Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:

Talent acquisition:

Understanding of client business context ; culture, structure etc

• Analyzing role and required skills and mapping talent sources; Role assessment with competition

• Broad-based research followed by exhaustive candidate interactions

• Presentation of the right fits, assessment and interest ascertaining; Interview process coordination; Offer roll-out and acceptance

HR consulting :

• HR process diagnostic

• HR process gap assessment

• HR plan and strategy

• report writing

Role requires Extensive client handling and relationship management skills

Experience and personality:

• Should have prior experience in hiring for Non – IT sector. Skilled in working on niche mandates across sectors.

• Proficient in recruiting candidates across mid & Senior levels.

• Understanding of client HR processes and gaps

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Dynamic personality with a strong learning attitude and zeal to put learning into practice.
