Job Description
Work Profile:

• End to End recruitment of junior to top level management.

• Understanding Job Descriptions.

• Screening CV’s from job portals as per the requirement of client.

• Calling and making candidates understand the job profile.

• Arranging Skype Interviews for international Openings with the client.

• Interacting with the clients independently.

• Client Co-ordination.

• Client Development.

• Analysis for HR Recruitment related areas.

• Complete HR Recruitment Cycle.

• Worked with various types of Profiles with different industries like and Retail, Technical profiles and someof IT profiles.

• Team handling.

• Downloading from Monster portal for Mass mailing purpose.
