Job Description
The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

The job of a technical recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT /Non IT positions;

The recruiter also reviews, re formats and presents resumes to hiring managers These are some of the duties and requirements of a technical recruiter

Should have good experience in job posting, sourcing through online Job portals ( Naukri, Freshersworld, Monster)

Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates

Responsible for creating recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position

Work closely with Hiring to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements

Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

Build networks to find qualified passive candidates

We are looking for 0 to 3 years of work experience & strong knowledge on Recruitment process
