Sourcing maximum Quality Resources within a sanctioned time frame, optimizing best Sourcing Strategies/Tools: Job Posting, Mass mailers, Employee referrals, internal database, headhunting taking references, searching through various Job portals .
Short-listing the best qualified profiles by taking Telephonic Interview with Candidates, analyzing authentication of resume, evaluating technical expertise, communication skills, attitude, confidence/stress level, willingness, reason/need for change, career objective, expectation level, minimum joining time, relocation status & flexibility.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment.
