• Ideate & Implement Recruitment Process.
• Handle the complete Recruitment Life Cycle.
• Achieve Individual Targets.
• Excellent skills in Job Portals like (Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs).
• Good exposure & experience in social media recruitment (linkedin, Facebook…) End-to-End coordination of interviews from candidate side.
• Follow up the candidates as to their joining dates & joining formalities. Maintaining & Enhancing Database.
• Negotiating with the clients & candidates for CTC. Preparing and maintaining MIS Executive and Talent search for IT and Non IT companies.
• Maintaining and developing a healthy database of candidate profiles.
• Responsible for identifying good quality candidates across all technologies across all levels (Junior/Middle/Senior) Screening Resumes, Short listing & evaluating the candidates Networking of candidates based on the requirements from the clients.
• Head hunting for specific assignments. Existing Client interactions

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
