Job Description:
currently looking for a vibrant and dynamic Mid to senior-Level HR consultant / Recruitment Manager / Placements Professional.
The target candidate will be a graduate with 5-10 or more years of experience in IT recruitment. In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for candidates by contacting them via email and/or phone, screening them, and assisting them through the initial steps in the hiring process.
With time, you will learn to manage candidates through the full recruiting cycle, which includes coordinating interviews with management, salary negotiations, hiring, and candidate control. You will also participate in the company’s college recruitment efforts and seek out passive candidates utilizing job boards, social media, and other sourcing methods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for all open positions; extensive phone communication involved
  • Schedule qualified candidates for pre-employment evaluation process
  • Assist candidates and staff members throughout the recruitment process
  • Complete recruiting-related administrative tasks, including light data entry and completion of documents used to ensure departmental consistency and legal compliance
  • Attend off site Job Fairs, Open Houses, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Extremely comfortable with and proficient in communicating over the phone; professional phone communication experience highly preferred; previous Recruiting/HR experience helpful but not required
  • Very comfortable speaking with a wide spectrum of people from diverse backgrounds, both over the phone and in person
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new technologies and online interfaces
  • Highly motivated; ability to take direction and work towards a goal independently with support from teammates as required
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external partnerships
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Flexible to work in US timings that is from 9 PM to 6 AM IST.
