Responsibilities and Duties
1- Will be responsible for managing recruitment process.
2- Able to do Screening, Sourcing, Scheduling.
3- Can Search resumes from various available Job Portals.
4- Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
5- Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
6- Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirement
7- Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting
companies and close the position.
8- Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment
9- Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with
10- Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Position: Recruitment Consultant
Education:Any Degree or BE/B.tech,MBA
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
Salary will be based on the performance in the interview.
Salary 10000 per month
1 Year Bond
One Original certificate needs to be given for which letter will be provided and after 1 year certificate will be returned back to you.
