Recruitment and Selection
1. Responsible for initial screening, selection and pre hiring of qualified candidate in coordination with the requesting department head/manager.
2. Verifies employee qualifications, experience certificates and completeness of application.
3. Ensure that qualified applicant comply with the pre-employment requirements prior to official on-boarding
4. Monitors candidate service agreements from initial query to final closure.
5. Reviews/updates policy documentation under instructions of line manager as necessary.
Training and Development
1. Coordinates predeparture training for selected candidates.
2. Reports candidate competency in format provided by HR manager.
3. Develops/implements/reviews administration tools as instructed by HR Manager.
1. Recommends, and Organizes on management employee activities to maintain camaraderie within the organization.
1. Assists in ensuring that the company complies with Local labor laws and other standard regulations
2. Implements HR policies as directed
3. Disseminates updates on company policies and regulations
4. Ensures that employee’s employment status is up to date.
5. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
