Job Description
Successfully managing End to End recruitment independently, including Sourcing, Screening, Coordinating Technical Interviews, HR Interviews, Salary Negotiation, Offer generation till Closure, on boarding.
• Hands on work experience in End to End recruitment conducting intake session with Hiring Manager to understand the requirement and detailed job description.
• Scheduling interviews on daily bases.
• Generating Report on daily bases on supply of profile; performance report.
• Suggesting recruitment strategies for closing the requirement to hiring managers.
• Organizing Weekend drive and planning.
• Interacting to facility admin on blocking venue for Weekend drive, coordination.
• Experienced in hiring for Third Party & Full Time role.
• Conducting screening initial round of interview to check communication skills, technical skill & reason for change etc.
• Maintaining the database as per the skills, experience, and location.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
• Having daily delivery call for planning, processing and development.
• Working on Internal fulfillment; External fulfillment for clients.
