Areas of Responsibility

 Involve into End to End Recruitment.

 Daily activities like sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, ATS management, DSR Maintenance.

 Learn Special techniques in recruitment like Headhunting, Cold call, Mock call...Etc

 Learn how to strategizing in recruitment. 

Position Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline


 Fresher to recruitment with Sales background preferable.

 Passion to learn recruitment and make career in it.

 Enthusiastic to learn new techniques and technology relating to recruitment.

 Good Verbal and Written English communication

 Ability to take up challenge and work on niche skills

 Self driven, dedicated

Specific or Entrepreneurial


• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Proven experience in achieving targets

• Ability to convince using positive selling points

• Good team player

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Good understanding of human psycology

• Leadership qualities

• "Never say no" attitude

• Must have worked with team

• A team player, self-learner with good communication and interpersonal skills. Identifies and highlights sales skill.
