Job Description
KRA’s

1) Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

2) Building the recruitment team by hiring, training, setting up process for scalability

3) Sourcing from Job Portals, social media and coming up with innovative ways to increase efficiency and closures

4) Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

5) Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. 6) Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status

Responsibilities

* Write and post technical job descriptions

* Source potential candidates job portals and other niche platforms, like Angel list, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Github etc

* Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes

* Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

* Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

Onboard new hire, making CTC, handling payroll,etc.
