Job Description

Designation  -- Payroll Executive  ( Clients of PREHR) 

Areas of Expertise:

Payroll and Compensation Management

Statutory Compliance Management

Reimbursement Management

Payroll Processing/ Quarterly eTDS return/Form 16

Generation of MIS report

Knowledge of Independent Payroll , Attendance and Leave Mgnt. Coordination with the Vendors on the part of compliance, Support to the Head - HR on the various payroll related aspects, etc

Manage and guarantee disbursement of payroll consistent with state wage and labour laws on time with zero error

Ensure the salary processing of new hires, transfers, promotions

Employees Attendance Management

Employee Leaves Management

Calculation and payment of F n F ( resignation)

Coordination with Finance department

Timely recording and processing reimbursements as per deadlines given

Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely

Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary

Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies

POC for Corporate Health Insurance plan for both employees and third party

POC for Bank Accounts for both employees and Bank

Statutory and Compliances:

Preparation of statements related to all statutory dues - PF, ESIC, PT

Processing Exit statutory compliances -PF withdrawal / Transfer

Knowledge of Minimum Wages

Experience in handling Payroll Software

Key Skills:

Excellent Communication

Excellent Excel Skills


Eligibility -   PREHR Payroll Compliance Certification Required.
