Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities

• Retrieve and compile payroll data such as attendance, leave, Night-Shift Allowance, Reimbursements, appraisal records

• Coordinate with payroll company for implementation and ongoing processing of monthly payroll

• Check all payroll data for completeness and accuracy

• Coordinate with ESU and Finance for changes in payroll related information (e.g. terminations, new hires, appraisals)

• Process other financial compensations or deductions (e.g. annual bonuses, taxes,)

• Process monthly Overtime/Incentives

• Timely process Full & Final settlement

• To timely generate/issue offer letter, appointment letter and appraisal letters

• Produce reports to Senior Management upon request

• Respond queries regarding payroll issues

• Assist authorities and/or auditors in case of audits or miscellaneous requests

• To comply with applicable laws & regulations

Education and Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as a payroll coordinator or similar role

• Sound knowledge in payroll processes

• Sound knowledge of Indian Taxation (TDS)

• Advanced Excel skills (functions, data etc.)

• Analytical and numerical skills

• Ability to meet tight deadline

• Self-starter, quick learner

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent oral and communication skills

• Hands-on experience with HR databases

• Knowledge of labour legislations and other relevant laws & regulations

• Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources Management

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a payroll specialist

• Experience in working with ADP is highly desirable

• Experience in payroll outsourcing implementation is highly desirable
