Proven work experience as an HR Operations (Hire to Retire) Knowledge of SAP or other ERP package Conducting induction processes Hands on experience of handling payroll Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensure data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval. Record and manage employee information such as, but not limited to, personal data, , compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance evaluations and termination information. Clearly present information and prepare reports for management. Use tact when expressing ideas or opinions. Assess situations and make optimal and speedy decisions. Display honest, trustworthy and ethical behaviour when dealing with internal and external customers. Display enthusiasm and promote a friendly group working environment. Regular attendance that is punctual and dependable is required. Good communication skills

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
