Job Description
  • We are looking for an HR manager preferably female with hard core HR experience in Medical Billing company. 
  • Overall Human resource management for all offices.
  • Manage the on boarding process / paperwork of potential candidates
  • Manage Payroll and statutory compliance. Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Answering all employee questions and grievances. Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
  • Prepare company policies and amend as and when required per government norms.
  • Collecting employment and tax information
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications. Recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to manager and above (for US or India team)..
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
  • Lead recruitment efforts including managing fellow recruiters.
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
  • Communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
  • Flexible for the time and good at multitasking.
