Job Description
Job Designation : HR Manager - Payroll / Sr. Manager – Compensation Statutory specialist, HR Division 

Job location  :  Hebbal, Bangalore 

Responsibilities and Duties
  • This position entails that all compensation related information such as salary, wages, incentives, bonus etc. are consolidated under one vertical.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  • Payroll related statutory compliance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
  • Currently each franchise handles its own salary and statutory payment processing.                                                                                                                                                                                         
  • A very high level of confidentiality is to be maintained by this position.                                                                                                                                                                                                   
  • Position is to ensure that lower level staff are not aware of compensation of other employees in the organisation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
  • All attendance is to be linked to a bio-metric scanner and a high level automated processing is to be created.                                                                                                                                                                                                       
  • A close working relationship will be established between this position, the finance team and the Managing Director’s Office. 

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience  :  8 - 12 yrs. experience in a similar or any professionally managed corporate organisation 

Qualification  :  Post Graduate in Human Resources or related. 

Salary50k-75k  /  month based on experience (7-10 lacs ctc.)

Attention  : Candidate should be local  [ karnataka ]  &  should talk kannada .
