Handling Compliance - PF / TDS / ESIC / Gratuity / Legal / Insurance / Maternity. Completing exit formalities - FNF. Making travel arrangements for employees / candidates if required. Coordinate with HR Software team for queries and solutions. Coordinate with CA / PF Consultant / Legal Team. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
