Job Description
• Managing the hiring process for manpower gap, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, conducting reference      and background checks

• Preparing payroll input report & validating attendance data for salary processing.

• Develop and maintain a system to ensure that employee personal files are kept up-to-date.

• Good understanding of Team Management

• People Management, Orientation, Communication, Training, Empowering, Reporting, Human Capital Resource Management

• Creating & revising job descriptions, conducting surveys.
• strong employee relations.

• Reviewing Policies and procedures relating to talent acquisition.

• Career progression. Performance Management,

• Identify training needs and organizing learning programmers.

• Revised, implemented and monitored policies on recruitment and career growth,

• Performance Assessment, and employee well being.

• Auditing HR practices and procedures and devising and implementing standard/ best practice performance benchmarks.
