Job Description
HR Policies

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 
2. Develop, implement and manage People Policies and guidelines as per the requirements
3. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

4. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

5. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures

6. Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures

Training and Development

1. Conducts orientation program to new employees

2. Coordinate and liaises with respective department for their specific trainings

3. Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees

4. Train people on internal procedures and ensure everyone is following the processes

Performance & Incentive Management

1. Setup a performance system in the company

2. Manage, monitor and evolve the performance system

3. Ensure the system is managed to enhance employee performance

4. Manage reporting & MIS related to the performance system

Employee Relation

1. Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to salary, Leaves, Attendance and Transfer etc.

2. They are also expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees

3. They are expected to stop all type of rumours and misleading communications

4. They should motivate the employees on day-to-day basis

Job Specification of HR Manager –

1. Degree/Diploma in human resources management, business administration

2. Proficient in HR matter

3. Good writing skills
4. Experience in CRM/ERP Industry will be an added advantage
5. Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines

6. Expert user of MS Office applications (Specifically word, excel) and numerically inclined

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
