Job Description
• Responsible to maintain the records of employees and take approval from Director for additional manpower request received from process owner based on justification.
• Manage overall recruitment process - identify the right candidate through various sources, interview process with Process owner, salary negotiation with selected candidate, preparation of offer / appointment letter, reference check, ensure joining formalities, induction training.
• Supervise Payroll Management.
• • Improve competency & skills by providing & evaluating the effectiveness of trainings as per the identified requirement for personnel performing work affecting product quality.
• Managing Statutory Compliance-Social Compliance Audits.
• Develop and implement effective Performance Management Systems for salaried and hourly employees. Career Development & Planning Tool (CDPT), succession and progression plan for high performers.
• Develop and practice various employee involvement activities, welfare scheme and grievance handling.
• Implementation of best HR practices across organization.
• Ensure On Job training is provided in co-ordination with the Process Owners.
• Responsible to establish the processes need to ensure the employee motivation & empowerment towards achievement of Organizational Objectives.
• Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Provides leadership for Human Resources strategic planning.
• Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
• Support and guide sub ordinates in all the HR related activities
