Responsibilities and Duties


Handling end to end recruitment process

Must be very good at networking talent

Gathering & understanding requirements

Experience recruiting for specialized roles

Sourcing profiles from different sources

- Job Portals

- Professional networking sites

- Social networking sites

- Referrals

Selection of the right profiles

Thorough Screening of CVs as per the JD and understanding has given by the client

Conversation with the candidates with the understanding of the key pointers for a role.

Preparing appropriate snapshot of a profile before sharing with the client.

Co-ordination with the client manager for the feedback

Interview scheduling, Candidate management

Follow-ups, the point of contact with clients, coordination.

Ensuring joining of the candidates after offer.

Should be organized and must work with a strong sense of urgency.

Should be able to manage work in priority situations.

Developing and maintaining open communication among management, clients & candidates.

Doing reference check and post joining analysis.

Good understanding of IT Product based hiring.

Qualifications and Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

*Proven work experience of 1+ years as a Technical Recruitment

Hands-on experience with various profile

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles*

Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions. Source potential candidates on niche platforms like RPA (Robotic Process Automation),.Net, J2EE, etc. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Any Graduate.
