Job Description
MUMBAI

Bcom or MBA with 2-5yrs of generalist exp HR Executive level

Person will be responsible for all the HR related activities.

• Recruitment Induction & On boarding of candidates

• Payroll and Salary related matters (PF/PT/TDS etc)

• Employee Relations and Employee Engagement

• HRIS (MIS)

• HR Initiatives & Engagement Trackers , Exit formalities

1) Payroll Cordination with Vendor

• Looking after the attendance and leave management.

• Calculating PF, PT and TDS for the employees.

• Processing the salary for on role and off role employees.

2) Induction & On boarding

• Collecting documents and opening salary accounts with the bank)

• Conducting induction of the new recruits.

• Initiating reference checks if required.

3) Employee Engagement

• Holding various events and festival celebrations at the office.

• Understanding employee grievances and helping them resolve any issues at workplace.

4) Recruitment

• Handling Sourcing of candidates through portals/ references,

• Interviewing and Short listing of candidates.

5) Performance Appraisals

• Conducting performance evaluations of entire staff through various techniques.

6) Exit formalities

• Conducting exit interviews

• Initiating the PF and Pension withdrawal procedure.

• Processing FnF of the employees who have resigned.
