Job Description

• Develop and maintain appropriate HR policies.

• Supervise and guide employees to abide by the HR policies.

• Recruit and Onboard new hires, conduct performance management, provide feedback and manage payroll and benefits for employees.

• Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries for the designated region.

• Performing day to day human resources operational activities relating to working practices, employment law, recruitment, employee relations, reporting and compliance.

• Managing the full employee life-cycle from advertising vacancies, onboarding to offboarding


1. Should be hardworking and have confidence in their work.

2. Candidate should have good communication skill and technology oriented.

3. Candidate should possess patience, logical and internet friendly

4. Should have knowledge of payroll, compliance, recruitment etc.

5. Having knowledge of Microsoft excel.

6. Candidate must possess a deep sense of responsibility.
