Job Description
  • ROLE :-  HR Manager is to maintain Law and order in the organization and amongst the employees, which further extends to attracting, engaging and retaining top talent. Must have solid communication skills and decision making capabilities.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES :- HIRING/ BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION/PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT/ COMPENSATION & WAGE STRUCTURE/CLASSIFYING EMPLOYEES/MANAGING ATTENDANCE/ LOOKING ADMINISTRATION/ DAY TO DAY OFFICE ACTIVITIES/DECISION MAKER
  • ABILITIES :- Able to motivate team to produce quality materials with in tight timeframes. He/she must be able to analyze problems and identify solutions for the same.
1 Hiring:- Recruitment using databases, newspaper & employee referrals. Screening resumes testing applicants, scheduling and conducting interview. Preparing offer letters and ensuring that the new starter documentation completes before joining. 

2. Attendance:- Manage daily Attendance and leave of employees.

3. Termination/Resignation:- Prepare full & final settlement with person and calculation of earned leaves eligibility. Other earnings and deductions for the same.

4. Purchases :- any Kind of office colateral like printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery, approving invoices.

Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements, planning, arranging, and meeting schedules, monitoring results

5. Rechecking Bill:- Verification of the bills of parties before forwarding it to Higher Authority, within time frame.

6. Office Responsibility:-Taking follow-up with the Sales Team and Production in terms of business and delivery

7. Team Handling:- Candidate should know how to tackle and handle various teams.

8. Spot Decision:- Able to take self decision on absents of Directors with relevant reason.
