Job Description
Organizing/ coordinating, and scheduling interview with the Client.

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

Informing the candidates regarding their interview status.

Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of the company Tie-ups.

Coordinating with the Head - Placement for conducting campus interviews.

Actively involved in business development towards tying up with new Client.
End to end: Sourcing, Staffing, scheduling interviews and on boarding candidates.

Sourcing the profiles through (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Linkdin)

Screening: short listing candidates sourced through portal (Naukri, Monster,Shine, Linkdin)

HR Round: Conducting initial HR round for the sourced candidates.

Lateral Hiring: Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description.

Promptly informing the rejected candidates about the reason for the rejections.
