Job Description
On-boarding formalities.

Appointment letter, Reliving letter & HR Letters.

Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners.

Basic Statutory compliance knowledge.

Documentation of Personnel records.

HR MIS Reports.

Off-boarding formalities and documentation.

Maintaining the online Time and Attendance system.

Tracking monthly Payroll data.

Conducting Employee Engagement Activities monthly.

Having experience in recruitment advantage.

Conducting town halls.

Have one-one sessions with employees and conduct skip level meetings.

Must plan for Training sessions.

Requirements:

Expert knowledge in MS office.

Knowledge of Payroll process.

Must coordinate with company other branches.

Ability to manage the employee queries.

Good in Communication skills

Flexibility

Confidentiality

Adaptability
