Helping in the efficient running of shop floor work-centres while maintaining local compliance.
Timely action on training needs of Manufacturing and operations personnel.
Improving the efficiency of staff
Involving in HR related issues preventing legal problems
Maintenance of HR compliance related to the factory.
Performing daily and monthly contractual/ leasing staff attendance, arrange daily requirement of contractual labour from designated contractor along with their necessary on boarding document requirement.
Ensuring accurate Monthly salary calculations for contractual/ leasing staff.
Coordinating for employee on boarding/ exit formalities for employees located in the plant.
Arranging for training, lectures, seminars for staff and contractual/leasing staff.
Ensuring Compliance with ISO, IATF, OHSAS, HSE, and any other certifications as per requirements
mentioned in the certification.
Checking and monitoring housekeeping activities at the factory.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
