Job Description
1. Candidate should have knowledge of Compensation & Labour Law.

2. Responsible for all human resource activities including Compensation, Process Improvements, Policy Implementation and Budgeting.

3. Have good knowledge on work flow of Construction Industry.

5. Conducting Induction for all new joiners in the organization which includes smooth joining formalities, presenting HR policy session.

6. Establish and ensure seamless HR operations to implement process improvements and new initiatives as relevant.

7. Maintaining and managing Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Labor Welfare)

8.Leading & Aligning HR Team to the organization.

9. Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy

10.Experience in Retaining & Attrition management

11.Designing & Implementing Employee Engagement Activities across the Organization.

12. Have the capability to lead HR function on the whole in long term.

13.Attendance Management

14.MIS Reports Generation

15. Good knowledge on Admin & Other site activities
