Job Description
  • Developing and Implementing HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business Strategy.
  • Bridging Management and Employee Relations by addressing Demands, Grievances or other issues.
  • Managing the Recruitment and Selection Process.
  • Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business Strategy. 
  • Bridge management and Employee relation by Addressing demands, Grievances or other issues.
  • Manager the Recruitment and Selection Process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, Engagement motivation and Preservation of human Capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR Strategies, Systems, Tracties and Procedures across the Organization.
  • Nurture a positive Working Environment.
  • Oversee and Manager a Performance Appraisal System that Drives high Performance.
  • Maintain Pay plan and Benefits Program.
  • Assess Training needs to apply and Monitor Training Programs.
  • Report to management and Provide Decision Support Through HR metrics. 
  • Ensure legal Compliance Throughout human Resources Managements.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 
  • Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Proven working Experiences as HR Manager or other HR Executive.

• People oriented and Result driven.

• Demonstrable Experiences with Human Resources metrics.

• Knowledge of HR System and Databases.

• Ability to architect Strategy along with Leadership Skills.

• Competence to build and Effective manager Interpersonal Relationships at all levels of the Company.

• In-Depth Knowledge of Labor law and HR Best Practices.

The Company Lapaya Luggage was legally registered in 2012. Earlier, its product included t-shirts, wallets, belts and bags. Right now we are manufacturer of bags only. The company is 7 years old which provides all E-commerce portal account management services. We supply our branded bags to distributors and dealer in bulk quantity.
