Job Description
  • Lateral Recruitment – Handle End to End Hiring Needs of the Company
  • End to end employee management – Right from hiring, issuing offer / appointment letters, performance assessment, exit etc.
  • Handle day to day operation of HR & Admin functions.
  • Responsible for Attendance, Payroll & Compliance in time manner.
  • Responsible for Exit-interview & full & final settlement of employee.
  • Responsible for Appraisal process.
  • Conducting various employee engagement activities.
  • Handling queries of employees,
  • Candidate must have exceptional communication skills; both Verbal & Written.
  • Candidate must be experienced from IT Software Company.

** Desired Profile :-

  • Mush have 0.6-2 years of Exp. in relevant Field,
  • Positive Work Attitude,
  • Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills,
  • Must be a good team member,Knowledge of MS office, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Bio Matrix Attendance, Recruitment.
  • Must have Exp. in IT / Software Company.

** Education :- MBA, B.B.A., B.B.M, B.H.M with HR specialization is preferred.
