Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibility :

1) Obtaining/ Renewal/ Amendment Registration CLRA License

2) Handling notices under CLRA Establishment Act

3) Handle ESIC , PF challans

4) Liaison with Govt. Authorities

5) Handle Audit

Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory

Male candidate only can apply
Graduate in any discipline
Proficiency in English, Hindi and regional language
Good communication skills, Good reading & learning skills
Previous work experience in HR / Statury compliance is preferred
Fresher also can apply

Responsibility :

1) Obtaining/ Renewal/ Amendment Registration Certificate /CLRA License/ Trade licences

2) Handling notices under CLRA and Shops & Establishment Act

3) PF, ESIC , PF challans, P- Tax, LWF challan generation, return submission

4) Liaison with Govt. Authorities

5) Handle Audit

6) Branch Visit

7) Notice resolving

Desirable

Knowledge of Compliance,Contract Labour Acts and Shops & establishment act & Rules
Liaising Experience with Govt Authorities / Departments (any kind of department)
