Key Responsibilities: Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties. ? Analyses wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. ? Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits. Forecast hiring needs, particularly at peak seasons ? Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. ? Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. ? Calculate and report on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually) ?
