HR Outsourcing:

We work as a HR Department for Startup / Small Organisations.

Position: Business HR Partner (Preferably Females who are willing to Travel inside the City)
Location: Chennai (near Nelson Manickam Road - Choolaimedu - 5 mts to Busstop & 10 mts to Nungambakkam Railway Station)

Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

Education: MBA / MA - HRM / MSW

CTC:1.50 to 2.40 lacs + variables & incentives)

Brief:

Acting as a strategic HR business partner to an assigned business group in the delivery of the strategic people plan and initiatives to support the business strategy; acting as key liaison and support to the Business Heads of our Clients and providing leadership and development to those supporting this role.

Principal Accountabilities

This role will act as an Internal & External Business HR.

(50% of the role is of Recruitment & other 50% is of HR strategy / Induction & Joining, Training & Development / PMS / Comp & Ben / Employee Engagement)

Build a strategic HR business partnership with assigned business group to support the delivery of the business strategy and plan

Partner with the business to inform talent planning & acquisition activities

Facilitate talent development actions

Manage organisational design and development initiatives and promote a culture and environment aligned with the Organisational Values.

Handle joining & Induction Process.

Identify & Deliver Training & Development activities.

Initiate & implement Employee Engagement activities

Coach the business in the execution of performance management processes and implement associated reward strategies

Advise, co-ordinate and mediate on key employee relations issues

Lead/ Support central HR initiatives/ projects

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements appropriate to role

Taking care of Employee Entry to Exit in the Organisation.
